Overview
In this project, I redesigned the website for PM Travel, a luxury agency offering curated travel experiences to high-end clients. The goal was to improve the site’s clarity, usability and emotional appeal while maintaining the brand’s elegant and premium feel. I worked across UX, UI and branding, restructuring the sitemap, simplifying the booking logic, and creating reusable components to support future content growth.
Challenges
The original site lacked structure and wasn’t responsive, making it hard for users to navigate or access content on mobile. I approached the redesign with a mobile-first mindset, ensuring consistency across all devices. Reworking the information architecture and UI helped guide users more effectively while keeping the brand’s premium feel.
Achievements
• Delivered a responsive, mobile-first design that improves accessibility for on-the-go users, helping PM Travel reach and convert more mobile visitors.
• Created a scalable design system that allows the agency to easily update or expand offerings without compromising brand consistency.
• Restructured navigation and content flow to increase clarity and booking confidence, giving clients a smoother path to planning their trips.
