Overview

In this project, we partnered directly with the stakeholder of Sanway Spanish Academy to redesign their website and improve how students schedule Spanish classes. Our goal was to streamline the booking experience, reduce friction, and increase conversion by building trust through clear content, flexible scheduling, and a more human-centered design. The final prototype helps users book with confidence while giving the business a scalable digital presence.

Challenges

We had to translate a personal and service-based experience into a scalable digital flow without losing its human touch. Booking previously depended on back-and-forth messages with the teacher, which caused too much friction. Structuring class types and schedules clearly for busy users, while testing quickly and aligning with stakeholder feedback was the key.

Achievements

• Designed a clear and user-friendly booking flow that reduces drop-off and builds trust by surfacing class details and teacher info early.


• Created a flexible scheduling system that adapts to different lesson formats and user needs, increasing overall booking confidence.


• Delivered a high-fidelity prototype with a new brand identity, giving the stakeholder a scalable digital foundation to grow her teaching business.
