Redesign of the Triagefy landing page, a Brazilian healthcare SaaS that uses AI to handle patient triage and scheduling. The project rebuilt the visual language from scratch, improving narrative structure and clarity while introducing analytics with posthog to support continuous optimization through user behavior tracking and experimentation.

Challenges

The main challenge was making the product's core value proposition, an invisible AI working in the background, feel tangible and trustworthy to potential healthcare clients. Showing how the AI behaves differently across all the distinct medical specialties required designing a custom mockup component simulating a chat with the AI, making it feel authentic and specific, not generic. Implementing posthog added another layer, requiring event definition and setup for tools like session replay, heatmaps and A/B testing.

Achievements

• Redesigned the full landing page with a stronger visual narrative and clearer conversion flow.

• Created a scalable design system to support iterations, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.

• Implemented posthog for event tracking, session replay, heatmaps and experimentation with A/B testing to analyze and improve performance.
